Jonathan Tan - co-leader
Jonathan Tan has been playing the violin since he was 3 years old. He has studied with Marat Bisengaliev since 1999. He has won numerous open violin casses in music festivals in the region, and in 2005 became regional champion in the Yorkshire & Humberside Music Championship Finals.
He gained a Music Scholarship to Leeds Grammar School. He also plays piano and electric guitar, as well as representing his school in several sports from basketball to swimming.
Among his many engagements, he has played as a soloist with his brother David in the Bach Double Violin Concerto with the Leeds Symphony Orchestra and Vivaldi's Four Seasons with Derby Concert Orchestra.
